2.  Posted rates are subject to change.

 3.  Rates do not apply to Weekends, Holidays, Groups or
      Conventions.

 4.  A Deposit of two nights rental, mailed the very same
       day the reservation is made, is required to confirm
       reservations, which will be credited to the last two
       nights of the reservation.

 5.  NO REFUND FOR ANY REASON, including but not
       limited to, early checkouts and no shows.
       EXCEPTION: If notified of cancellation more then 21
       days before the scheduled arrival date, we will refund
       75% of the deposit.

 6.  Balance is due on arrival.

 7.  Payments or Reservations are Non-Transferable.

 8.  Misrepresentation Voids Reservation.

 9.  Reservation held until 6:00 p.m. unless notified.

10.  Check-in time after 2:00 p.m.

11.  Check-out time before 10:00 a.m.

12.  One Parking space per unit.  

13.  Personal Checks accepted for deposit only.

14. NO STEREOS, PLEASE.

15. Sorry, NO PETS.

16. Room preferences are accepted, however, rooms
       are guaranteed by room type only and not by specific
       room or floor.
