      reservations, which will be credited to the last day of
      the reservation.

 5.  Deposits are refundable if notified two weeks in
      advance of scheduled arrival date.

 6.  25% Service Charge on all refunds.

 8.  No Refunds for Early Departure.

 9.  Payments or Reservations are Non-Transferable.
